Our strongest fit — across every platform we sell.
Manufacturing is a core strength across all six platforms we implement: SYSPRO and Sage X3 are built specifically for manufacturers, while ERPNext, NetSuite, Odoo and Dynamics 365 Business Central all bring real production planning, bill-of-materials and quality management capability. Whatever your production process looks like, there's a platform in our lineup built for it.

Trading & Distribution
Wholesale and distribution is what several of these platforms were built for.
NetSuite's original core market is wholesale distribution, and SYSPRO and Sage X3 are equally strong here — landed cost tracking, multi-warehouse inventory, and distribution-specific reporting are native to all three. ERPNext, Odoo and Dynamics 365 Business Central round out the option set for smaller distributors that don't need that scale yet.

Retail
Strong fit for five of our six platforms.
ERPNext and Odoo both ship dedicated point-of-sale modules, NetSuite offers SuiteCommerce for combined online/in-store retail, and Dynamics 365 Business Central covers standard retail scenarios well. SYSPRO is the exception here — it's a distribution and manufacturing specialist first, so we'd steer a pure retail business toward one of the other five.

SACCOs and financial cooperatives, covered by name.
ERPNext includes a dedicated SACCO Management module — a direct fit for savings and credit cooperatives — and Odoo's flexibility lets us configure member accounts, loan tracking and financial reporting for similar organisations. This isn't a core strength of SYSPRO, Sage X3 or Business Central.

Purpose-built support for agri-businesses.
ERPNext has a dedicated Agriculture module for tracking production cycles, land and yields, and Odoo can be configured similarly through its inventory and manufacturing apps. Agri-processing businesses with heavier manufacturing needs can also draw on SYSPRO's production planning strength.

ERPNext's Hotel and Restaurant Management modules and Odoo's dedicated hospitality apps both give consumer and hospitality businesses point-of-sale, booking and inventory tools built for the sector, rather than a generic ERP stretched to fit.

ERPNext's project management and property/rental/fixed-asset modules, paired with Odoo's project and field-service apps, cover the core needs of contractors and property-focused businesses — multi-site project tracking, budgets and asset registers.

NetSuite has a dedicated "NetSuite for Nonprofits" edition built around fund accounting, grant management and donor tracking, and ERPNext can be configured for similar needs at a lower cost point for smaller organisations.

Professional and project-based service businesses are well served by ERPNext, NetSuite, Odoo and Dynamics 365 Business Central, all of which handle project tracking, timesheets and resource-based billing. SYSPRO is the weaker fit here, being built primarily for manufacturers and distributors moving physical goods.

Clinic and hospital operations, not just clinical records.
ERPNext's Healthcare module and Odoo's dedicated healthcare apps both cover the operational side of clinics and hospitals — patient records, billing, inventory of consumables and appointment scheduling — without the cost of a specialist hospital information system.

Student records, fees and admissions — not just accounting for schools.
ERPNext ships a dedicated Education module built for schools, colleges and training institutions — student admissions, programs and courses, fee collection, attendance and assessments, all native to the platform rather than bolted on. Odoo can be configured for similar needs through marketplace school-management apps, though it isn't a built-in Odoo module the way it is in ERPNext.
